Responsibilities
Provide dignified, compassionate, and professional service to families who have lost loved ones
Meet with families to guide them through the process of finalizing funeral and service arrangements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, and service partners to meet client needs
Apply industry best practices, policies, and regulations, with support and training provided
Continue developing skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning and mentorship
