We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Funeral Director/Embalmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to grieving families, coordinating funeral services, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the funeral industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide comfort and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist families in making arrangements for funerals and memorial services.
- Coordinate with clergy, funeral home staff, and other service providers.
- Ensure that all legal requirements are met for the disposition of the deceased.
- Provide guidance to families on funeral customs and etiquette.
- Provide support to families during the grieving process.
- Educate families on the importance of preplanning their funeral arrangements.
- Make sales of monuments and ancillary services offered by the funeral home.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work with community members and organizations to network.
- Grow personally and professionally.
- Reach out of your comfort zone to learn new skills as we adapt to a changing market.
- Other duties as may be discussed and assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
