Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service, strong project management skills and a keen ability to offer services as a consultant in the death care environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment, multitasker, and the ability to handle many things at the same time, and excellent project management skills.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Offer services in an effective persuasive fashion by showcasing features and benefits through our consultation process.
- Answer incoming calls for new inquires.
- Outbound calls to speak with families and vendors as needed to support our case management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in death care industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual candidates mandatory to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in Microsoft office as well as other platforms utilized to maintain organization.
- Ability to connect with potential families to have them clearly understand the benefits of our services.
- A proactive attitude is essential for success.
